1. Use of Application

• You may use the application, information, writings, images and/or other data that you experience through the use of the application, referred to as "Content", solely for non-commercial, personal purposes and/or to learn about Blinds 2 Go products and services. Blinds 2 Go retains complete title and full intellectual property rights in and for all Content. You may not use, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, or derive another work from any Content obtained from the application except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use. Additionally, no right, title or interest in any Content is transferred to you as a result of using the application.
• You must not change, modify, adapt or alter the application or change, modify or alter another application or website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the application.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the application.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and secure.

By using third-party services you agree and understand that you may not make any claim against Blinds 2 Go s for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service provided by a third-party.

8. Product display/colour

The application attempts to display product images shown as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see identically matches the product colour because the display of the colour depends, in part, upon the computer monitor you are using.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranty

Blinds 2 Go makes no express or implied warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with respect to the application, service or the Content. Blinds 2 Go does not warrant that the functions performed by the application will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that defects in the application will be corrected. Blinds 2 Go does not warrant that this application, its service, its servers, or e-mail sent from Blinds 2 Go are free of viruses or other harmful components. Blinds 2go does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the Content, or that any errors in the content will be corrected. The application, and the Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. If you are dissatisfied with the service, the Content, or with the terms of use your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the application and if applicable delete your account. Neither Blinds 2 Go nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, special, exemplary or incidental damages. Your exclusive remedy for product claims (including breach of warranty, negligence and strict liability) is limited to having the option of replacement or repayment of the purchase price paid for the products that are the subject of the claim, within the limitations of Blinds 2 Go's applicable product warranty conditions. Blinds 2go liability shall, in no event, exceed GBP 100.

You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behaviour while using the application. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Blinds 2 Go, its affiliated companies, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the application or the Content, or any violation by you of these Terms of Use.

11. Governing law

This application is administered by Blinds 2 Go. Blinds 2 Go makes no representation that materials in the application are appropriate or available for use in territories where their contents are illegal or prohibited. These Terms of Use and user access to the application shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with British law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Courts.

If any provision(s) of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties (as reflected in the provision(s)) and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
