COVID-19 Update
At Blinds 2go our first priority is always the health and wellbeing of our customers, our people and the brands that work alongside us. As we all continue to adapt to the challenge of COVID-19 we’ve been continually monitoring and adjusting the way we work, with wellbeing and safety front of mind.
Customer Service
Well before the lockdown many of our staff moved to home working, we have so many colleagues in Customer Service this was the only way we could guarantee safety. We are and will continue to support you on all enquiries and orders via email and over the phone. Enquiry levels are particularly high at the moment. To skip the queue you might be able to find the answer you were looking for in our 'My Order' section.

Samples and Orders
Our free sample service continues to dispatch all orders by First Class mail, as quickly as possible.
All of our factories are now safely up and running. Some areas of manufacturing are operating with fewer staff to protect employees, so certain products currently have slightly longer lead times, but we are doing our absolute best to keep our dispatch dates accurate. If we could ask one favour it would be for your patience and kindness, couriers and postal services are under increased pressure.
